We take every effort to source recyclable packaging materials for our products. Our retail boxes are fully recyclable. The only packaging material that is not fully recyclable is the film used to wrap our Banana Halves.

All products which are manufactured, processed, or packed at Diana’s will clearly label and identify any of the major food allergens (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame) as determined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with a “contains” statement. Out of an abundance of caution, all products which are manufactured, processed, or packed at Diana’s on shared equipment will clearly label and identify any of the major food allergens with a “may contain” statement. We recommend always checking the label for the most current information before purchasing and/or consuming Diana’s products.

We use peanut oil that is refined, deodorized, and does not contain any proteinaceous material. The high temperature and filtration used effectively removes any proteinaceous and potentially allergenic material from the oil. Refined oils do not require allergen labeling under the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA).

All our Banana Halves are Gluten Free. Although our Banana Bites do not contain gluten, they are produced in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products. We recommend always checking the label for the most current information before purchasing and/or consuming Diana’s products.

No, our products are not considered to be vegan. Some of our products contain milk, while others may not contain milk, they are produced in a facility that also handles milk-containing products.
