We’ve spent over three decades constantly on the lookout for the world’s best bananas. That search eventually led us to Ecuador, where we partner with banana experts (a title we should all aspire to) who hand-select each fruit for ideal ripeness, sweetness and texture.
Our bananas come in different shapes and sizes. Sometimes, they have natural lumps and bumps. Sometimes, they don’t have a single smooth coating. These things come with the territory when you use real, fresh ingredients. It’s perfectly imperfect, and that’s exactly how we like it.
