Just can’t stop eating them! Anybody have a good sustainable program for Brandy?

I need a 12-step program for Banana Babies addiction. I can’t stop eating them. I’ve always “liked” frozen bananas, but yours are different, you guys know that already. I had 2 banana babies for dinner tonight. And, one for lunch. Ok, I had one in between, too. That’s right, I’ve eaten nothing but banana babies today. I’ve already set my alarm for 10 minutes earlier than normal so that I have time to stop by Publix in the morning for more before work. Thank you, Diana’s Bananas, for giving me something healthy to obsess over. I haven’t obsessed like this since the Great Potato Skin Addiction of ‘06. Thankfully, your bananas aren’t going to make me gain 15 pounds and increase my cholesterol levels. I appreciate that. Your biggest fan, Brandy

We say “Good For You”, never expected this great news! from Nancy in Hannacroix, NY

This came to us thru the “Contact Us” part of our website.  What a great surprise.

“I wanted to let you know that I LOVE the dark chocolate covered banana’s. I have been averaging 5 bananas a day. I’ve never been known for my moderation! I convinced myself that it is a health food because it is a real banana, and dark chocolate has antioxidants. Seriously, I have suffered from migraine headaches for years. I know they say chocolate is not good for migraines, but my migraines have been better since I have been eating these. It could just be a huge coinsidence, but I think the large amount of potassium have impacted things.
Hope you continue to make these forever!!
Thanks…”

Watermelon Waistline

From a friend at Watermelonwaistline.com

watermelon-logoI know, I know – that doesn’t sound like a healthy food recommendation at all. And it’s definitely not steamed broccoli, but sometimes you need a little something sweet. On those occasions, allow me to suggest a dark chocolate-covered frozen banana!

I’m a bit obsessed with these. I never had them as a child, and the idea of a frozen banana sounded a bit odd to me at one time.

And then I watched Arrested Development (best. show. ever.) and after hearing about The Banana Stand so much, I felt compelled to try a chocolate-covered banana. Boy was I not disappointed! (more…)
